If you’re the kind of person who never says no to a soiree, you’re speaking our language. We’re currently seeking an exuberant Conference Services Manager to join the team at 1 Hotel Nashville. You will actively participate in day-to-day operations, planning and execution of group programs while maximizing revenues in all areas of the hotel. You will also assist with directing the team to provide consistent personalized service. You're a natural at what you do - and you love it. If this sounds like you, you should probably sell us on why. Our anticipated start date for this position will be January 2022.

About you...
  • Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • An expert in Conference Services, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
