The Senior Analyst - Business Development is an integral member of Crescent’s Business Development team. S/he will be responsible for supporting Crescent’s growth initiatives by supporting the evaluation and analysis of (a) existing and (b) to-be developed hotels, that may be tied to (i) an investment sale with new ownership, (ii) existing ownership looking to change managers or (iii) RFPs run by third party consultants/advisors. This position works within the Business Development department and will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development and can be based remotely.
