Delaware North is searching for a Technology Operations Lead to join our Information Technology (IT) team. This role, reporting to the Regional Technology Operations Director, supports and maintains all technology-related software and hardware, all local network connectivity, and local vendor management. You'll be the face of the team assigned to the Patina restaurants in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas, responsible for addressing infrastructure, solution support, local service requests, and incident tickets within your region.
This role requires the ability to travel to all of our restaurants within the area, as well as occasional nights, weekends, and on call to support event and project schedules. The primary location for this role can be at our offices in LA or Anaheim.
