The Opportunity 

Delaware North is hiring for an Integration Engineer to join the Cybersecurity team based out of our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing Cybersecurity team. The Integration Engineer will be a key individual contributor responsible for the development of integrated solutions in support of Delaware North’s Cybersecurity Program. Using Agile methodologies, this role will plan and execute in accordance with the Cybersecurity roadmap.

For candidates located in Western New York, we are open to a mostly remote work arrangement with occasional in-office meetings. We are also open to fully remote candidates willing to work eastern time zone business hours, and to travel to headquarters if & when needed.

  • Design and implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure
  • Leverage APIs to build integrations across various environments
  • Manage IAM integrations for the organization across various directories: Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD.
  • Work with HRIS to automate onboarding and offboarding duties such as streamlining account creation & maintenance across the organization
  • Assist with troubleshooting user accounts across multiple cloud applications
  • Participate in IAM platform governance, including improvements, new features, and integrations
  • Interface with clients, vendors, and internal users of the IAM platform on understanding the data
  • Participate in group design and architecture sessions.
  • Author documentation for standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, etc.
  • Develop integration tests to validate solutions.
  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence colleagues and senior management.
  • BA/BS required in computer science, math, or related field
  • Consistent experience in Agile delivery: Sprints, Epics and Releases
  • Comfortable operating it while we automate it
  • 2 - 4 years minimum related experience in integration
  • 3 – 7 years of IT experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and prioritize in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD Pipelines using tools like GitHub/BitBucket, Serverless/SAM CLI and AWS Native services – DynamoDB, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, IAM, GuardDuty, API Gateway, Step Functions, AWS Security Hub, WAF, etc.
  • Experience with Python, Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, JSON, PowerShell, YAML, REST API Integrations or similar development tools
  • Data analysis and delivery for operational systems
  • Data intelligence and analytics supporting risk assessments, planning and metric reporting such as PowerBI
  • Experience with SAML, OpenAuth integrations with just in time provisioning, event-based provisioning, and batch provisioning
  • Data analysis supporting integrating multiple source and target systems, detail towards data quality and reducing operational errors
