The Opportunity 

Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring a Revenue Management Analyst Ticketing and Attractions to join our revenue management analytics and insights team in Buffalo, New York. As a Revenue Management Analyst Ticketing and Attractions, you will develop pricing and product strategies for Delaware North subsidiaries, assessing consumer buying behavior and market trends to match the right customer, with the right product, at the right time and price.

Responsibilities 
  • Analyze sales trends at a local, regional, and macro-level to help to company stay informed on emerging trends.
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and other partner organizations to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and define strategies to match.
  • Leverage statistical methods and tools to understand core drivers of consumer behavior and business performance.
  • Analyze business performance to define price, product, and distribution recommendations using best-in-class revenue management practices.
  • Ensure distribution of key recurring reports, leveraging automation wherever possible.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties such as vendors to enable the execution of project tasks.
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Math, Statistics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in statistics and quantitative roles; experience in the hospitality industry a plus.
  • Experience with statistical software, database, and BI toolsets.
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong relationship, influencing, and stakeholder management skills – the ability to partner effectively with operations leaders and interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to travel between 25% percent or more depending on business needs.
