We are looking for a full time, experienced maintenance person to take care of our beautifully renovated hotel.

Must be experienced in doing preventative maintenance, repairing PTAC units, basic electric and plumbing skills.

Able to chart and keep records of all inspections and PMs done in rooms using QUORE.

Knowledge of hotel brand standards and the ability to read and know the brand standards.

Able to keep a neat appearance and maintain uniform standards.

Able to assist staff members with deep cleaning rooms, lifting, and moving large pieces of furniture.

Able to work independently.
