The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for implementing and executing activities for all hotel guests including but not limited to the Water Park, recreation areas, and outdoor sporting facilities. The desired candidate will be responsible and able to manage the oversight of multiple areas at one time as well as the ability to demonstrate creativity in recreation activities and promoting a fun and interactive atmosphere for all guests. The candidate must be friendly, reliable, enthusiastic, and compassionate. This person must have good communication skills and can work in a fast paced environment.

Our hotel features comfortable rooms, luxurious amenities, and on-site recreation and entertainment adjacent to McKinney Roughs Nature Park, an 1,100 acre wilderness area.
From corporate retreats to weddings, we host a wide range of special events here. Our creative and professional staff of experts organizes everything, from catering to entertainment to team building activities, and our guests are sure to find the perfect venue here. Guests can opt to use one of our gorgeous ballrooms, or schedule a less formal, outdoor affair. With Personal Preference Dining, guests can choose their own entrée when we cater their event. Our fine restaurants also have private rooms for intimate parties.
In their free time, our guests enjoy recreation right on the grounds of our hotel, itself. They can visit the spa, play golf at our championship-level facilities, or just enjoy a day of pool fun on a hot summer day. We organize horseback riding and river kayaking excursions both on our grounds and at the nature preserve, so everyone can enjoy exciting activities with the safety of trained and highly qualified guides. Guests can learn archery or trap shooting, and at the end of the day go stargazing. Guests who stay at our hotel gain a new appreciation of the Austin area.
