What will I be doing?

The Sr. Paralegal is responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Research, review, draft, manage and analyze governing documents for condominiums and timeshares, including declarations, articles, bylaws, management agreements and other related documents
  • Review project governing documents and prepare summaries or advice regarding the same, as needed.
  • Prepare and review association related board resolutions, consents, and other related documents
  • Research laws, regulations and apply same to business and advise business on the same
  • Support acquisition, creation and sales of new timeshare projects and advise on support and legal compliance of the same
  • Draft and review policies, procedures, and FAQ’s and training materials relating to resort operation and association management services.
