Primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician is conducting the preventive maintenance on all guest rooms and public space to ensure high standards of maintenance and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must enjoy the fast-paced environment of a busy hotel, while directing efforts toward guest satisfaction and safety.

Requirements:

Work with Manager and team to identify and accomplish all technical and skilled related projects.

Handle guest room repair issues such as caulking, tile repair, painting, appliances, etc. 

Handle guest room and public space issues such as carpet repair and floor tile repair.

Basic plumbing and basic electrical experience preferred.

Preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment, clean coils and filters as needed.

Communicate to the requesting party the completion of maintenance requests.

When required, report to Hotel in bad weather conditions for maintenance of Hotel’s exterior (snow shoveling, ice melting, etc.)

Able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and Holidays.
