As Housekeeping Supervisor at our beautiful new hotel, you will support the hotel through pre-opening, and supervise the daily functions of the housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will be well organized, goal oriented, and looking to be part of an exciting team!

Requirements:

1-3 years housekeeping experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.

With department leader, train hotel staff on all aspects of their role, including the appropriate use of supplies, cleaning agents, and equipment.

Inspect rooms after cleaning.  Review any cleaning issues with Room Attendant; retrain staff as needed, and monitor performance to ensure success.

Thorough knowledge of all housekeeping department operations; able to complete all individual job requirements.

Create and nurture an environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork and a passion for providing service.

Detail oriented, with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization.

Take proactive approaches when dealing with associate concerns.

Extend professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times, to drive overall guest satisfaction.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings and holidays.
