We’re currently in search of a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to be second-in command as our Assistant General Manager - Watr (Rooftop) at our 1 Hotel South Beach Hotel.
We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, extremely hands-on, and can multitask with the best of them, a right-hand to the General Manager of Watr (Rooftop), and a genius at anticipating obstacles to elevate the overall Food & Beverage department at our hotel. Most important, someone who believes in cultivating an environment where leadership and team development go hand-in-hand and ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable, delicious and joyful experience, every time they visit.
