As Sales Coordinator you'll assist with all pre-opening sales and marketing initiatives of our new hotel!  You will be an integral part of our sales & marketing team, working closely with customers and clients, and coordinating with other hotel departments all sales information necessary for the professional execution of commitments.  The ideal candidate will have a sincere interest in sales and enjoy working in a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

* Hotel experience preferred. Customer Service experience required.

* Handle and qualify all incoming sales leads. Handle walk-in tours.

* Responsible for in-house sales, special client requests, and telemarketing duties as assigned.

* Ensure in-house groups receive all requested services, to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

* Goal-oriented and creative personality. Must be organized, detail minded, and able to work independently.

* Manage all social media outlets for the hotel.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent computer skills required. Able to use advanced computer systems (client tracking, inventory control, forecasting tools).

* Take, modify and cancel guest reservations, noting any special requests.

* Able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings and Holidays.
