POSITION REPORTS TO: Food Services Manager, Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising the restaurant and concession staff, overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring the utmost in efficiency and service. Inventories, restocks, and keeps restaurant and concession areas running smoothly. Assists with training, schedules, disciplines and recommends termination of staff.

1. Practice, support and promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Muckleshoot Casino.
2. Supervise food service and concession team members.
3. Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and team member morale.
4. Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with all phases of service, sanitation and safety procedures.
5. Recommend and assist in team member evaluations and discipline.
6. Respond to callout's, adjust staffing to ensure appropriate coverage.
7. Ensure all orders are delivered within designated timelines.
8. Ensure dining room is kept neat and clean.
9. Ensure proper procedures are adhered to while handling emergency situations.
10. Inform staff of daily specials and special events, programs, or new policies.
11. Ensure food products are up to standards and served on time.
12. Monitor all cash register and cash handling functions to ensure Point of Sale (POS) compliance.
13. Responsible for daily receipts and monthly inventories.
14. Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
15. Train new team members; supervise ongoing training as necessary.
16. Create, maintain and facilitate a positive work environment and promote positive public relations to the public.
17. Smile and engage Guests and Team Members with a positive professional demeanor.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.

hands and arms use hands to grasp, and have finger dexterity to handle objects, tools, or controls. Exposure to both extreme Hot and Cold temperatures, equipment, and substances and regularly required to work in tight, high or confined spaces.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing functions of his/her job and in areas monitored by security or surveillance cameras. Work in casino operations and/or internal or external environments occasionally. Exposure to secondhand smoke, moderate to high noise level, bright lights, fluctuating temperatures/weather conditions.
