We are looking for a top performing Housekeeper.As a Housekeeper, you will demonstrate quality through cleanliness. Daily tasks will include cleaning of guest rooms and public areas. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a positive overall guest experience.

The Thompson Block building featured on the National Registry of Historic Places in 1973, was built after the Great Fire of 1866. This historic fire burned close to 80% of the Old Port area of Portland and displaced over 10,000 residents in one afternoon. The successful reconstruction of the Old Port was in part due to the hard work of architect George M Harding by creating the highest style Victorian group of buildings of the period.
In 2020, East Brown Cow completed the historic restoration of many of the building’s exterior sandstone elements. The little touches of sandstone and brick decorative designs were recast and brought to their original essence featured with the addition of modern exterior lighting. Knowles Industrial Services, Inc earned the distinguished Build Maine Award for Building Renovation for the restoration work of the Thompson Block.
It is a pleasure to host guests of 121 MIDDLE an urban inn on the 2nd and 3rd floor of this building and bring the first apartment-style hotel to Portland, Maine.
