1 Hotel is currently in search of a seasoned, insightful, and innovative Director of Front Office at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay —a thought leader with a gift for service and an instinct for leadership, whose most important roles are to ensure the excellence of the entire guest experience, and our mission and the brand’s operational and financial outcomes are exceeded.
The Director of Front Office will play a quintessential role in the hotels success as a thought leader who can -and will- impact change and bring the 1 Hotels ethos to life.

Located in one of the most beautiful spots on Earth, 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay will bring a world-class wellness resort and flagship sustainable sanctuary to Kauai’s North Shore. 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay will feature 252 rooms, including 51 suites. Thoughtful touches will bring nature into each space, with native greenery, reclaimed materials, organic cotton linens, and views of lush gardens, soaring mountains, or sparkling Hanalei Bay.
