Come join our Team! We have an immediate opening for an energetic, outgoing and customer service oriented individual to fill the position of Membership Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for creating positive experiences for every member and guest, marketing the Club and and selecting members for the Club.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prospect new members by representing the Club at relevant networking and community events, distribute information about LAAC at targeted residential and corporate buildings, host Club mixer events to solicit new potential memberships, work with current members to spark interest in referrals.
Respond to phone, web and email leads within 24 hours, using proper templates and addressing questions thoroughly.
Set up tour appointments with prospective members and conduct the tours with them.
Follow proper Club procedures to process membership applications.
Continually engage with members and Club associates to promote membership referrals.
Exemplify our Club values at worked and during all offsite work-related events
Consistently adhere to the Los Angeles Athletic Club core service standards
Perform job related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of experience in a similar position in the Fitness or Hospitality Industry.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's College Degree in Business, marketing or relevant area a plus
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, prospecting and sales skills.
