REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to push and pull 200 lbs. required.
Ability to stand/walk 7+ hours per day required.
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance required.
Ability to extend arms, scrub, bend and stoop for extended periods of time required.
Ability to communicate in English with guests required.
Positive personality with an even disposition required.
A professional appearance and polite manner required.
Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment preferred.
Ability to understand and follow directions, and perform job functions under limited supervision.

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
