The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with the VP, Human Resources to ensure employer brand awareness and successful talent acquisition across the organization in support of the mission, core values, standards and goals established by the company.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related training equivalent - required
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in similar title and scope of responsibility - required
Experience with successful employment / recruitment related risks and laws - required
Experience with successful College partnerships - preferred
Experience with international Visa programs & partnerships (J-1, H2B, etc.) - preferred
Hospitality industry experience – preferred
Luxury brand experience – preferred
Similar size organization – preferred
Fast paced / entrepreneurial / high change / growing company – preferred
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems & capabilities – required
Experience with implementation of ATS system - preferred
Microsoft suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint - Required
Valid driver’s license – required
Valid & current passport (permitting international travel) - required
