Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about culinary arts, cleanliness and organization and enjoys physical work with previous similar work experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED would be a plus.
  • A team player, hard worker, and detail-oriented.
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
  • Manage line staff in the following areas.
  • Responsible in ensuring dish, pot, and ware washing are done correctly by team members.
  • Managing team members in burnishing (silver, copper, and brass).
  • Responsible in organizing main, night and Satellite Kitchen cleaning.
  • Managing garbage recycling and disposal process.
  • Equipment issuance, storage, event distribution, and transport.
  • Rechecking cleanliness, and accuracy of all stewarding equipment orders.
  • Kitchen food storage and satellite banquet food transport.
  • General maintenance of stewarding equipment and soap/chemical levels.
