Required Skills and Abilities:
-Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
-At least two (2) years of direct customer service experience required
-Flexible availability to work any shift, including evenings, holidays and weekends
-Must have the ability to communicate in English
-Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
-Able to stand on feet for at least eight (8) hours
-Able to work in a sometimes fast pace environment
Job Description:
-Greet and welcome guests checking in and process reservations
-Check guests out of hotel and thank them for staying at Crowne Plaza
-Retrieve small packages and facsimiles for guests
-Resolve guest related issues and complaints
-Use property management system to handle cash and credit card transactions
