The Corporate Financial Systems Manager is responsible for Financial Systems and coordinating multiple sophisticated, tactical and critical initiatives. This role requires a high level of day-to-day business engagement with timely delivery based on enterprise goals and priorities. This person will also serve as Oracle EPM Financial Cloud subject matter advisor during the implementation lifecycle support and project reviews.

It is encouraged that this person be a strong leader and excellent communicator who will work closely with multi-functional IT and all business units to harmonize and deliver on corporate business requirements of the organization.

  • Lead a staff responsible for planning, evaluating and implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (FCCS, PBCS, ARCS)
  • Spearhead working relationships with business and cross functional teams
  • Direct, empower and develop project staff
  • Responsible for fulfilling SOX and other compliance requests
  • Manage stakeholders and team expectations
  • Lead assigned resources to ensure timely within budget delivery
  • Assessing and managing risk throughout all aspects of the lifecycle implementation
  • Provide senior management and customers with project status
  • Experience implementing Financials Systems
  • Financial Business knowledge on a global platform
  • Functional and confirmed understanding of key Financial Accounting principles
  • Review business processes and advise on system services available within the Oracle Cloud application

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-5 years experience with Project Management, Financial full life-cycle implementation and team management.
  • 0-1 years experience in demonstrated understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM / EPM concepts and general module functionality
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall Environments
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communications skills and leadership abilities
  • It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Preferred qualifications:

  • Public Company Experience
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, optimization and modeling desired
  • Strategic and financial planning proficiency
