In this role you will:
  • Prepare amazing food from scratch working with our culinary leaders and following our recipes to produce consistent results.
  • Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all food handling standards.
  • Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
  • Work with a dedicated team of F&B professionals to create memorable one of kind experiences for our guests

Hours of Operations:

  • Sunday: 10 am to 10 pm
  • Monday through Thursday: 11 am to 12 am
  • Friday & Saturday: 11 am to 1 am
  • Sunday: 10am - 3pm (Brunch)
