We have created a new role for the team of an F&B Training Manager. Someone who is focused solely on making sure our service team deliver our standards for each and every guest. Someone who is passionate about training both one to one and in groups. Working mainly across all our Restaurants and Bars, the right person will be able to design and deliver training, including on boarding, menu training, service culture and all the other things we are usually too busy to do. As this is a new role, its there to be shaped by the right person.
You will report into the F&B Director and work closely with the management team in each outlet to get the best out of our people, grow them for the future, and in turn, grow yourself within the company.
