This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Sales/Event Planning Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. Qualifications - External - A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment - Refined verbal and written communication skills - Proficient knowledge of computer applications
Support in detailing groups and final billing process.
Strong telephone etiquette
Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point and Publisher
Team Player with the ability to Lead
Be a self-starter and motivate to get things done
Be organized and ability to multitask
Work independently with little or no supervision
