Job Summary

The Marriott Mobile Product team leads design, development, and innovation on the highly rated Bonvoy iOS and Android apps used by millions of Marriott customers booking business and leisure stays across 7,000+ hotels and 30 brands. Reporting to the Director of Mobile Product, Commerce, the Senior Product Manager will play a key role in maturing Marriott’s mobile commerce experience in support of advancing the Company’s goal of becoming the world’s favorite travel company.

In support of Marriott’s overall mobile growth strategy, this role will partner with key product, design, and engineering leaders across the organization to define and own the mobile app roadmap for advancing personalization, search, and booking features. Every new and current Bonvoy customer, across all loyalty tiers and types of travel, will benefit from this work. This role will develop and execute a data and user-driven strategy for providing our customers the ideal search and reservation experience. The Senior Product Manager will lead a cross-functional agile product team to activate against each aspect of that roadmap and strategy across both iOS and Android.

Candidate Profile

We’re seeking an experienced product manager to lead data-driven and dynamic search-and-book features that translate into user valuie for the hotel booking experience. We’re looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial, start-up attitude; a self-starter who takes initiative in an ambiguous environment to generate momentum and positive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a successful product management track record and relentlessly pushes to understand customer needs, balance user value with business value, and continually partner and prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate has an understanding of direct-to-consumer digital products, content personalization, a collaborative team spirit, and a passion for delivering amazing experiences that consumers love.


  • 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience
  • Experience managing either mobile products (Android and/or iOS) or B2C products
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent total years of experience and/or certification
  • Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams and ability to influence and collaborate
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and translate data into key learnings and execution plans


  • Experience with personalization and booking funnel strategies and features
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex technical discussions, architectures, and solutions
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics / Omniture
  • Master’s in Business Administration or relevant advanced degree or certification
