Under the direction of Casino VIP Services Leadership, the Casino VIP Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the daily support of the casino guest services department to include the booking of guest room reservations including transportation and amenity requests when appropriate. This position provides professional reservations support for incoming casino guest calls and facilitates casino guest requests from the Player Development team as directed. The VIP Services Coordinator has limited authority to extend complimentaries to qualified casino guests based on established guidelines.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing professional personalized service while ensuring that all casino guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.  Maintains complete knowledge of all property venues and offsite venues/services/hours of operation.  Maintains working knowledge of all promotions and special events in order to effectively navigate the casino guest experience.
  • Secures casino guest reservations including, but not limited to, hotel, spa, exclusive events, dining, transportation, and amenities as requested based on established guidelines.  Assists Player Development teams by facilitating itinerary arrangements and providing confirmations for guests receiving complimentary services.
  • Adheres to established training standards: maintaining accurate training records and facilitating department onboarding.  Assists with training Casino VIP Services team members.
  • Acts as contact/liaison between all departments.  Collaborates with Analysts to produce outbound/inbound call metrics and casino VIP block reporting.  Collaborates with CRM to monitor and report on casino guest offer schedules.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support efficient operation of Department.


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • College degree and previous casino experience preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a guest service environment required.
  • Must be able to clearly speak, read, and write in the English language.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and leadership in both written and verbal form.
  • Must be self-starter with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Must carry self in a professional business manner.
  • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification, specifically a Nevada Gaming license

Physical Demands

  • Work is performed in an office setting.
  • Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
  • May be exposed to smoke.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
  • Constant contact with executives, department management, employees, and guests.
  • Prolonged sitting or standing and mobility.
  • Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Eye/hand coordination.
  • Use of standard office equipment.
  • Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
