We’re currently seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping to guide and support our Housekeeping team at 1 Hotel West Hollywood. The second-in-command requires a natural people person with an affinity for beauty and service at top-of-mind. A can-do attitude from streamlining a bumpy process to stocking a supply cart to support the overall needs of the department and create the ultimate in-room experience for our guests.  

About you...

• Passionate about cleanliness and details with a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience required, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. 
• An expert in housekeeping operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. 
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written. 
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
