Description

The Silverado-Franklin Gaming Complex, located in beautiful Historic Deadwood SD is looking for a Marketing Director to oversee the Marketing Program for Deadwood's Top of the Town Casino's. 

• Oversees the development and direction of the multiple casinos’ overall marketing effort.
• Creates an environment that encourages new customers, prolongs a customer's visit and initiates more frequent visits to the casino.
• Prepares annual marketing plan and budget.
• Develops, produces, and implements promotional campaigns that achieve marketing goals.
• Supervises the customer database through Oasis Super Playmate reporting system.
• Conducts employee performance reviews, assists with employee relations, and oversees the disciplinary process within the department.

Requirements

• Must have 5 - 7 years of casino marketing experience with at least 3 being in a management position.
• Must have computer experience in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel including creating, maintaining, updating and formatting documents and spreadsheets.
• Must have computer experience in Oasis.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain a SD Gaming License.
• Must have strong organizational and proven leadership skills.  Also, must have great verbal and written communication skills.
• Great guest service skills and the ability to work with all department managers.

Additional Information

Salary starting at $60,000, salary commensurate with experience, great benefits.
