Manager of Change Management, Platform Activation

Hilton’s Customer Experience (CX) organization is comprised of team members driving our product management, experience design, commercial capabilities and support, and call center functions. These functions are the core of Hilton’s “commercial engine” and are key to Hilton’s ability to drive profitable growth.

What will I be doing? As Manager, Platform Activation, you will lead the development of and tactical delivery against organizational change plans for one of Hilton’s key strategic priorities. This role ensures that the implementation management strategy includes a focus on effective communication, training, and support for sustained adoption and results, both with our internal Hilton corporate audience as well as with our hotels and owners. Working closely with Commercial Services leadership, the project manager, along with other key partners, will lead organizational change plans to support the objectives of one of Hilton’s key strategic priorities. More specifically, you will:

  • Create and implement targeted implementation plans including change method, communications plan, development plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Create communications and training collateral to fulfill the aforementioned plans
  • Guide the deployment of organizational improvement and training programs
  • Align team on the project and directional change methods, implement standards and supervise opportunities for progression
  • Develop a good solid understanding of hotel-level, owner-level, and corporate-level commercial objectives and revenue management business processes and systems across brands and geographies

  • Self-motivation skills allowing you to take initiative in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing tasks with a personal dedication to succeed
  • Soft skills with an interest in working in multi-functional, dynamic environments
  • Organization skills that include superb attention to detail

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in Change Management and/or Project Management
  • Three (3) years of Organizational Change leadership experience where you’ve assisted efforts on projects through the complete organizational change lifecycle
  • Experience using PROSCI methodology, tools, principles, and application including understanding and validating experience applying the ADKAR model

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Nine (9) years of professional experience in Change Management and/or Project Management
  • Five (5) years of Organizational Change Management leadership experience where you’ve assisted organizational change efforts on projects through the complete lifecycle
  • PROSCI/CCMP Certification, PMP certification, or similar
  • Hospitality Experience
