The Spa Sales Coordinator is responsible for handling all groups within the Park Hyatt Aviara. As a Spa Sales Coordinator you will play a key part in developing partnerships within the local community. You will be the point of contact and in direct contact for any groups attending the Park Hyatt Aviara.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to servicing Spa Group Business, working with the operations team to ensure clear communication regarding group event details, community involvement and networking.

Spa Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop accounts (new and existing); maintain an organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up.
• Perform solicitation to new and existing accounts/customers.
• responds in a timely manner to all groups and spa inquires.
• Procures new and repeat business.
• Conducts spa Tours and Assist with Site Visits
• Coordinate all sales related activity through direction of The Director of Spa and Wellness: Negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum spa profitability while satisfying the customer needs.
• Conduct all sales Spa Sales related interactions with the highest level of professionalism.
• Participate in Group Pre Con Meetings and work closely with Resort Sales and Marketing team.
• Network and meet with both groups on and off property to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in Development and implementation of Spa Membership.
• Assist with all guest inquires within the Spa, including assisting with answering phone calls, making reservations along with Checking in and Checkout Guest.
• Assist with Day to Day Operations (Act as Spa Attendant and Spa Receptionist when necessary)
