The ideal candidate will have an understanding and knowledge of Human Resources to include benefit administration, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, payroll, recruitment, and colleague relations. The incumbent’s primary responsibilities will focus on colleague wellness as the individual will be responsible for workers’ compensation and leaves of absence administration along with promoting well-being initiatives for all colleagues. Payroll administration will also be a priority. There will also be opportunities to support other disciplines in HR as needed, and be a business partner to all other departments and colleagues within the Hotel.
In addition to the technical aspects of this position, the ideal candidate has an authentic and genuine interest is being a resource to others and assisting when necessary. Will also be interested in being a part of the solution(s) and bring creativity and ideas to various situations and opportunities. As in any HR role, confidentiality is paramount.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation(NYSE: H) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO) officially announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with SFO to brand and manage a 350-room Grand Hyatt hotel. Located on the airport grounds, Grand Hyatt San Francisco International Airport is anticipated to open in mid-2019. Hyatt Hotels Corporation CEO and President Mark Hoplamazian and SFO Airport Director John L. Martin participated in a signing ceremony on January 21 at the SFO Aviation Museum in International Terminal A.
