Landmark InnThe Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing the marketing strategies and implementing efforts around public relations, social media, digital, e-commerce, customer relationship marketing, sales marketing and collateral for Landmark Inn. This person will ensure that communications align with property positioning and develop strategies, identify and implement relevant partnerships, sponsorships and unique one-of-a-kind experiences by working with the General Manager and the operations team.
Priorities for this position is the sales organization in group, leisure and catering sales to deliver excellence. This includes all aspects of sales including: sales planning/goal setting, coaching, daily management of the team and being present-on-property for client entertainment and site visits and travel to key sales calls and events as needed. He or she will work closely with the General Manager and Director of Revenue on the development of annual plans and sales & marketing budgets to meet property goals.
This position prefers 3+ years leadership experience in sales/marketing roles. The successful candidate is driven, innovative and passionate about the craft of marketing. He or she has a strong understanding of the culture, style, design and nuance in small drive-in markets that is required to create a distinctive experience and would have demonstrated success in building brands and delivering results.
