What will I be doing?

As a Coordinator Title Resales, you are responsible for the administrative title transfer through the Cancel Partial Refund process. You will drive company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Prepare title search with results, clear title defects and satisfying existing liens where applicable.
  • Create individual owner file
  • Request and understand need for necessary additional documents i.e. death certs, marriage/divorce certs/trust/corporate documents etc.
  • Stay updated on all countries involved requirements and nuances.
  • Create CPR documents letter, Mutual Release and Settlement/Exhibits required including special warranty deeds, notary instructions
  • Authenticate deed
  • Coordination of modifications, corrections and adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate refund and tracking information within Voice and Salesforce
  • Review and pay all outstanding HOA fees and Loans in preparation for closing
  • Prepare and process check request and wire transfers to members, company and outside vendors
  • Verify executed documents to accuracy, notarization and apostille documentation
  • Review and audit all documents in preparation for files for recording process
  • Track and verify recorded documents resolving issues as needed
  • Submit for wire or check payment to members
  • Coordination receipt of completed documents to member
  • Ensure transaction complete and close out membership in Voice, Loans and Salesforce.
  • Always provide the highest quality of service to HGVC customer and team members
  • Develop a general understanding of the timeshare resales sales and marketing business in order to provide administrative assistance
  • Provide necessary follow up to problem-solve customer complaints and correspondence
  • Compose correspondence from notes discussions or independently from knowledge of circumstances and policy and procedure
  • File, scan, photocopy and handle mail
  • Facilitate retention of documents according to legal standards
