What will I be doing? Utilizing an extensive and diverse knowledge of hotel operations, the Manager, Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor will partner with and advise some of the best Hilton Focus Service properties. The QA Auditor will perform numerous QA audits and have responsibility for over 100 hotels. With a consultant perspective, the QA Auditor will teach and guide leaders of these properties. You will travel daily to evaluate hotels and conduct inspections, which will include a review of the audit with the General Manager of the property prior to leaving the hotel and generate reports with images of the inspection for analysis by numerous parties. Your main duty is to protect the integrity of the brands inspected in terms of cleanliness, condition, guest safety, and brand standards.
