Lead Landscaping responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead Landscaper will lead a crew of 2-6 crew members in all landscape maintenance activities such as (but not limited to): edging, trimming, mowing, mulching, pruning, aerating and overseeding lawns, fertilizing, watering, irrigation system maintenance, and general clean-up of our properties.
• The Lead Landscaper should be able to identify common plants, weeds, pests, and beneficial insects, and should be able to identify plant health care issues for follow up.  
• Preventative maintenance of grounds equipment.
• Must have knowledge on the identifying and pruning of all shrubs, trees, and plants.

What are we looking for?

• Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive, and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with varying personalities
• Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of grounds, landscaping, maintenance, and equipment.
• Working knowledge of tree/shrub cultural practices
• Seasonal assistance in maintenance with special seasonal projects and other building maintenance may be required as needed.
