About This Job

Description

The Chief Engineer is responsible for leading the day to day operation of the facility and shift coverage. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering. This position requires strong leadership skills and a willingness to work different shifts as the demands of business dictates. Hospitality industry experience a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive hotel or building management experience
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • The ability to multi-task large and small projects
  • The ability to plan and forecast needs of the day as well as long term
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Engineering/Facility Management degree preferred
