About This Job

The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with planning, developing and managing the digital assets across the property to include but not exclusive of the digital signs, in room TVs, kiosks, way finders, social, website, and mobile based marketing communications initiatives. Additionally, the Coordinator is responsible for helping to ensure that the layout, positioning, navigation, and look and feel of content are consistent across and throughout the organization.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager to assist with developing, maintaining and continually improve an innovative, tech-forward guest experience.
  • Assist with overseeing the tools, data and integrations to enable automated guest booking and redemption.
  • Work with Manager to hold responsibility for property-wide alignment on tools and processes through training, decision-making support, planning, and establishing communication routines.
  • Ensure maximum up-time across all platforms to maximize gaming and non-gaming transaction tracking.
  • Helps manage the editorial and quality assurance process with content creators.
  • Ensures all digital screens across property are functioning appropriately.
  • Manages master list of all digital screens across property and work with IT/Slots as needed.
  • Assists with managing information submissions and updates for the digital assets across property, website and mobile.
  • Helps to create training guides (SOPs) and assessment programs for all gaming and non-gaming digital systems for outlets to ensure optimal utilization of technology on campus.
  • Assists with coordination and execution of email campaigns.
  • Suggest enhanced guest journeys and experiences that will differentiate Palms from competitors and create demand.

  • Ensure that required licensing is maintained & updated.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Perform other job duties as requested.


  • At least two years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or significant related work experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge and experience with email and marketing campaign systems.
  • Working knowledge of Konami player tracking system, a plus.
  • Working knowledge in gaming system implementation and integration.
  • Working knowledge with loyalty and rewards program(s) in a digital environment and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with SEO (including tag management) and SEM.
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML and XML. 
  • Must have experience with digital platform technology, cloud-based platforms, information architecture and web and mobile development. 
  • Working knowledge of authoring and publishing tools as well as web and mobile content management principles. 
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. 
  • Experience managing external vendors and shared services a plus.
  • Experience creating analytical reporting for digital assets on property, cloud, social, web, and mobile.
  • Experience with computer graphics and multimedia design.
  • Working knowledge of analytical skills; both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge with IT, digital and casino operations.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting a plus.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification, specifically a Nevada Gaming license

Physical Demands

  • Work is performed in various settings including closed office and casino floor.
  • Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
  • May be exposed to smoke
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
  • Constant contact with executives, department management, employees, and guests.
  • Prolonged sitting or standing and mobility.
