Graduate Hotels®, is seeking a SeniorTechnology Support Specialist to solve technical problems and help fellow teammates with computer and technology issues.

We are seeking a service-oriented, tech and software savvy person to join our new technology support team that supports our remote and onsite corporate office associates across the country as well as in our corporate office located in Louisville, Kentucky.  Top candidates will have a proven ability to troubleshoot technology problems so that the team can continue to provide great guest satisfaction.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Desktop, Laptop & Server (physical, virtual, & cloud) troubleshooting
  • Assist with company application issues as the ‘level 2’ point of contact
  • Setup users in Azure Active Directory
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 issues including Teams, Outlook, and other applications
  • Assist our Applications Team in supporting our various hotel software platforms and systems
  • Create, update, and complete incident tickets in our support system
  • Monitor systems and network for any potential issues
  • Work with other team members to provide and help promote technology security and compliance
  • Assist in other technology projects for many of our hotels and Corporate Team
  • Document policies and procedures
  • On-Call rotation shared with Tech Support Specialists and Tech Support Supervisor
  • Travel to other hotels for projects and support requests (< 40%)
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Knowledge, And Experience

  • Degree/Certification program in technology, hospitality, or similar program preferred
  • Over 3-years in an IT service and support role
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, helpdesk ticketing, and other IT administrative tools
  • Experience in remote troubleshooting and evaluating PC issues including network connectivity, hardware, and operating system issues
  • Advanced knowledge of Antivirus and Remote monitoring software applications
  • Network troubleshooting knowledge - including Meraki, Cisco, and other brands required
  • The ability to learn new software applications to help provide the second line of support
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
