Assist design team in guiding owners through the process of building and renovating on strategy hotels. Oversee project lifecycle tracking, coordinate internal resources, support owner communication, and help to guide owners through the Marriott design process. Position reports directly to Snr Manager Business Operations & Planning for full-service Marriott hotels.EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
Assist design team in the planning and execution of Marriott’s design management process for renovations and new development hotels, and in providing the information, interpretation, and guidance to encourage owners and design firms to adapt brand standards
Support design studios in planning and executing owner meetings and team events. Represent department both externally and internally as requested by Design Directors.
Help to train and reinforce design team on new process and business platforms like Teams and database management tools.CANDIDATE PROFILE Key Skills/Requirements:
