Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day candidate and lead generation activities. Through the utilization of forecast and historical data analytics, you will develop the best marketing and sourcing plan to target and identify the right talent to fill current and future talent needs while maintaining partnerships with our Recruiting team.

  • Lead Generation through an understanding of relevant job boards, platforms, social media and other channels and how to optimally search to generate leads.
  • Identify, Build & Maintain a Pool of Talent for the organizations future hiring needs.
  • Ensure regular communication with the recruiters to provide updates on status and progress.
  • Attend community and/or diversity organizations, colleges, and local events and job fairs.
  • Support company-wide initiatives by serving on special projects within Talent Acquisition Services.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 1year of recruiting experience
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Hotel or Timeshare Sales and Marketing recruiting experience
  • Experience using Taleo
  • Experience with a CRM application
