Guest Relation Specialist

Job Description
The Guest Relations Specialist would report directly to the Vice President of Hotel Operations, the Guest Relations Specialist would provide executive, administrative, and development support to the Vice President of Hotel Operations, as well as Rooms Leadership Team.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage an active calendar of appointments
  • Respond to all Social Media/Medallia Complaints
  • Respond to All Hyatt Escalated Complaints
  • Composing and preparing correspondence
  • Handle all compliance Surveys, Emails, and other Hyatt Related Requests
  • Maintain all files, correspondence and records for the hotel.
  • Coordinate internal meeting set-ups and perform meeting minute taking, transcribing and distribution.
  • Telephone Communications - answering, assisting caller/guest in resolving questions, forwarding and taking phone messages.
  • Assist in organizing and implementing trace system to ensure all correspondence/memos/reports are completed, distributed properly and on target.
  • Handles reservations for VIP guests.
  • Create, Track and Book all Certificates
