The Event Service Concierge will serve as the contact for the Meeting Planner and complete the following:

• All Event Concierge (Redcoat) associates will be connected to appropriate departments via radio and / or cell phone at all time

• The Event Concierge (Redcoat) checks the BEO against meeting set-ups to ensure accuracy and makes corrections as appropriate

• The Event Concierge (Red Coat) associate will check the function room for the following prior to the On-Site Contact's arrival

• The Event Concierge (Red Coat) will check server and houseperson banquet event orders to ensure that all information is accurate and give direction to the banquet team.

• The Event Concierge (Red Coat) will check room set-up to see that banquet event order directions are completely followed. Ensure that all public areas are neat and clean.

• The Event Concierge (Red Coat) will make contact with group representatives. Explain how to make contact if needed throughout the function.

• The Event Concierge (Red Coat) will coordinate with banquet staff set-ups, changes and time schedules for all functions.

• The Event Concierge (Red Coat) will verify staffing levels for the next day's functions. Recommend schedule adjustments to the Banquet Manager.

The Event Concierge (Red Coat) may assist the banquet servers when needed; setting-up, greeting and serving the guest and breaking-down the function.

The Event Concierge (Red Coat) will inspect banquet areas at end of function to ensure all equipment is returned to its proper area and all areas are clean.

• The Event Concierge (Red Coat) will post all banquet checks at end of day and turn in to Night Audit

• The Event Concierge (Red Coat) will comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

Associates at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor perform other reasonable job duties as requested to foster a team environment.
