Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Director of Mergers and Acquisitions to join our Asset Management team!
As a Director, Mergers and Acquisitions, you will be responsible for the entire transaction life cycle from deal sourcing, target identification, business case building, due diligence, evaluation, negotiation, closing and involvement in integration activities. This position will run point with ownership groups on performing due diligence on possible acquisitions that will transition to Sunrise management. As part of the CSO team, this role is crucial in supporting our growth commitments

As a member of our Asset Management Team, reporting to SVP of Asset Management, this role is a high-potential individual with a desire to drive results while living our values to achieve our mission “to champion quality of life for all seniors”.
