The Bethesdan Hotel is currently looking for a Night Auditor to join the team. The Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight Front Desk operation, posting and balancing charges & settlements in a timely and efficient manner, maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations. This position is an overnight shift from 11pm - 7:30am.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key. Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner. Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system. Must be able to stand long periods at a time and stay awake throughout the entire overnight shift.
