  • Operations Supervisor is responsible assisting all Operational departments as needed.  

Front Office/Guest Services 

  • Responsible for all training and on-boarding of newly hired associates at the Front Desk
  • Assist with daily check lists and Front Office reports
  • Assist guests during peak times to ensure expectations are exceeded upon check- in and checkout.
  • Lead the team with the World of Hyatt enrollment program
  • Assist Managers with communicating upsell strategies for the day.
  • Ensure that all VIP’s for the day are properly assigned accordingly to preference and room types using Colleague Arrivals dashboard and guest comments and GEM notes.
  • Assist in communicating (sharing) Medallia feedback to hourly associates through pre shifts.
  • Schedule to assist with expedition of luggage/vehicles/garage during highest volume days
  • Assist with coverage in Regency Club when needed
  • Assist with coaching and counseling of colleagues
  • Resolving guest issues


  • Inspect Room Attendant’s work performance through inspections on a daily basis.
  • Assist with condition of guest floors and public areas on higher volume turns
  • Assist managers in Laundry on busy turn days
  • Assist with coaching and counseling of colleagues
  • Resolving guest issues


  • Responsible for walking and inspecting room sets
  • Serve as the liaison between Banquets and Engineering to ensure maintenance requests are completed.
  • Meet/greet the client and review daily details of their meetings with them
  • Assist CS staff on tight turn days
  • Assist with current projects, standard implementation, reorganization of banquet areas

Schedule for this role:

This person would work 5 days on a rotation basis. Location will based on business needs

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
