Hilton’s Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 4,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton’s “commercial engine” and are key to Hilton’s ability to drive profitable growth.
What will I be doing? Working with the Director Distribution Compliance, the Senior Manager will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities required to operate a fully effective Third-Party Compliance Program and Rate Parity Lifecycle in line with Hilton’s distribution standards. You will be required to develop, maintain, and evaluate adherence to distribution standards and contractual obligations. This position will also manage multiple professionals responsible for maintaining rate parity and ensuring distribution standard compliance across hotels and distribution partners globally.
Additionally, you will lead all aspects of a connected ecosystem of data, technology, tools, techniques, and processes to operationalize third-party channel optimization initiatives. You will oversee the efficiency of high transparency and high impact optimization and channel projects.
