Ensuring standardization of recipes and plate presentation for Honeybelle Restaurant and catered events, the Executive Chef and his culinary team are expected to deliver a memorable dining experience for all Members and guests. The Executive Chef is an advocate of outstanding service to the members and understand the critical role that membership and exceeding expectations play in regards to the success of the operation. This is a working position; our Chefs are active on the culinary line and in banquets each day.
Executive Chef for Honeybelle at PGA National Resort responsibilities:
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
