What Will I be Doing?

The Senior Creative Operations & Projects Manager develops operations and infrastructure that support a diverse range of creative projects, ensuring timely delivery while driving the successful execution of work in support of Hilton Grand Vacations’ business objectives.

This position supervises the architecture and evolution of our Branding & Creative processes, systems, technology, projects, and programs that enable the team to scale and build outstanding creative. The Sr. Manager will also oversee team functions of intake, scheduling, production, and administration. Additionally, they will lead and steward brand strategy and creative innovation projects from inception to delivery. This role serves as a senior account management team member and provides strategic mentorship and standard methodologies to junior team members.

The Sr Manager Creative Operations & Projectsis responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Refine, improve, and scale our creative process to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional teamwork
  • Identify gaps in technology that are holding back the team and tools and solutions that will help address them
  • Contribute to annual planning, representing the team’s capacity and constraints
  • Establish and document processes and procedures and help centralize resources and assets for ease of access
  • Develop, maintain and ensure adherence by all to all core standard operating procedures
  • Develop, support, and maintain other systems that lead to client and agency success
  • Stay current and relevant on project management standard processes
  • Perform research assignments as needed
  • Develop important metrics and prepare reports to measure progress and performance
  • Own Workfront Project Management Tool within Branding & Creative, including workflows, timelines, capacity, and compliance
  • Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery
  • Execute project management from inception to completion for creative innovation and brand initiatives
  • Through management of a team of direct reports, is responsible for departmental functions of intake, scheduling, print production, and administrative

What Are We Looking For:

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • 5-8 years in creative operations or account/project management role with an agency or in-house creative team

  • 2+ years of direct management experience

  • Experience designing, implementing, measuring, and optimizing programs, processes, structures, and/or systems for improving organizational efficiency

  • A strong creative eye and the ability to be a brand steward

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders

  • Strong experience in project management, encompassing small-scale projects to multi-tiered campaign projects involving multiple partners and components

  • Experience with brand strategy and consumer insights, methodologies, and processes

  • Skilled in using MS Office applications.

  • Must have experience managing project management software tools such as Workfront

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, manage changes, and reliably meet deadlines

  • Positive approach to problem-solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy
