About This Job



The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
  • This is a non-supervisory position and reports to the Revenue Audit Manager.
  • Update and maintain procedures for Revenue Audit.
  • Perform as a team or individually to ensure deadlines are met daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
  • Assist Manager with the daily tasks, including the approval of audit exception reports, the tracking of audit exception reports, and other required property reporting.
  • Respond to requests from other departments.
  • Thoroughly understand all audit procedures and assist Auditors with questions.
  • Completes audits as necessary and when required.
  • Track and investigate all variances on the drops daily.
  • Maintain W-2G filing system.
  • Maintain the following documents including but not limited to: toke count sheets, deposit slips, jackpot checks, valued gift certificates/cards and safekeeping forms.
  • Prepare daily tax reports for the State.
  • Assist Manager with balancing for month end journal entries.
  • Perform weekly meter comparisons of the games to the accounting system.
  • Prepare and submit monthly journal entries as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the Internal Controls System.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all deadlines for departmental and company projects and assignment requirements.
  • Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

  • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal direction
  • Knowledge of the hotel/casino industry a plus
  • Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day to day operations
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license


Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.  Must be able to efficiently and accurately count money and gaming chips and make a change. Possess the ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.


Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
