Summary of Responsibilities

• Ensure that all marketing administrative responsibilities are done timely with accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.
• Ensure that extraordinary efforts are being taken at all levels to deliver excellence in every aspect of the marketing program.
• Guarantee proper operation of the marketing programs through effective communications with customers, employees, and management.

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for data entry and accuracy of reservations and tour appointment across multiple systems
• Responsible daily for confirming appointments made by the pre-arrival and field teams via phone and email.
• Responsible for maintaining checks and balances to preserve data integrity
• Produce, maintain, and distribute accurate reports for sales floor production and KPIs

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain, generate and evaluate documents in Microsoft and Google docs including spreadsheets, forms, templates, and word documents
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to multiple software programs and technology
• Ability to multi-task and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must adapt well to change set and adjust priorities as needed.
• Flexible availability including the ability to work evenings (until 9 PM) and weekends
• Familiarity with hotel/hospitality/call center and/or timeshare sales industry a plus.
